Magic Spoon vegetable ghee, made in Malaysia, is a plant-based alternative to traditional clarified butter, cholesterol free and rich in vitamin E. Its smooth, melting texture and lightly nutty smell make it a versatile fat, used for everyday cooking as well as for deep frying or baking, in places where ordinary butter would burn too fast. It fits naturally into Comorian cooking, drizzled over rice or used to enrich a mataba, as well as into Indian cooking, for preparing a biryani or a dal.
