2. Products and availability

The products offered for sale are fresh products from the Comoros. Each product is described with its essential characteristics. Offers are valid while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, you will be notified by email and fully refunded.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), all taxes included (VAT inclusive). Delivery charges are shown separately before order confirmation. SuqNaronane reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Order and confirmation

The order is confirmed after payment is validated by Stripe. A confirmation email summarizing the ordered items, total amount, and delivery information is sent to the email address provided during checkout. SuqNaronane reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of a payment issue, obvious pricing error, or insufficient stock.

5. Payment

Payment is made online and securely through Stripe. Banking details transmitted during payment are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made in Grande Comore. The delivery time is 48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery charges are shown before order confirmation and vary by delivery zone. A free in-store pickup option is also available.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and applicable law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your reasons or pay any penalties.

Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable goods and fresh products that may deteriorate quickly, in accordance with Article 16(d) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Fresh food products sold by SuqNaronane are therefore expressly excluded from the right of withdrawal.

8. Legal warranties

In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, SuqNaronane is bound by the legal warranty of conformity for any defective or non-conforming product. In the event of a proven defect, we will replace or refund the product as quickly as possible.

9. Personal data

Personal data collected during the order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is used solely for processing and tracking your order.

10. Disputes and applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought first. Failing agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts. In accordance with applicable consumer law, you may also refer to a consumer mediator for any unresolved dispute.
