We offer over 80 carefully selected products: basmati rice, Sella 1121 rice, vegetable oils, dairy products, canned goods, Comorian spices (vanilla, cloves, ylang-ylang) and hygiene products. All our products are sourced from trusted suppliers in the Comoros and France. Our mission is to connect Moroni families with the best products from the archipelago, delivered directly to their door in under 48 hours, with no need to travel.
- What area do you deliver to?
- SuqNaronane delivers to the Moroni region and surroundings on the island of Grande Comore, Comoros. Our delivery zone covers Moroni city centre, Itsandra, Bangoi-Kouni, Ikoni, Mitsamiouli and the surrounding districts of the capital. When you enter your address at checkout, the system automatically confirms whether your address is eligible for delivery. If your area is not yet covered, free pickup at Marché Volo Volo is always available. We are continuously working to extend our geographic coverage to reach more Comorian households.
- What is the delivery time?
- We deliver within 48 hours of confirming your order, Monday to Saturday. This timeframe applies across all covered areas around Moroni. Delivery is made directly to your door, so there is no need to travel. If any item in your order is out of stock, our team contacts you within 24 hours to offer a replacement or partial refund. Orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends are processed on Monday morning and delivered within the following 48 hours. A confirmation email with tracking details is sent as soon as your order is validated.

- Ordering on SuqNaronane is simple and quick. Browse our catalogue of over 80 products, filter by category (rice, oils, spices, canned goods…) or use the search bar. Add products to your cart by selecting the variant you want (1 kg, 5 kg format, etc.). Proceed to checkout, enter your delivery address or choose pickup at Marché Volo Volo. Select your payment method and confirm your order. You will immediately receive a confirmation email with your order number and tracking information. Your cart is saved automatically so you can resume shopping at any time.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- SuqNaronane accepts secure online payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. Your banking details are encrypted and never stored on our servers: every transaction is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. Payment is charged immediately upon order confirmation. An electronic invoice is sent to you by email. We are working on integrating additional local payment methods to make shopping more accessible to everyone.
- How can I track my order?
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, you receive a confirmation email with your order number. You can track your order status in real time from your SuqNaronane personal account, under the 'My Orders' section. Each step is updated automatically: confirmation, preparation, dispatch and delivery. Our team also notifies you by email or notification at each key status change. - Do you offer in-store pickup?
- Yes, SuqNaronane offers free pickup directly at Marché Volo Volo, located in the heart of Moroni, Grande Comore. This option is ideal if you prefer to check your products in person, avoid delivery fees, or if your address is not yet covered by our home delivery service. At checkout, select 'In-store pickup' and choose a time slot that suits you. Your order is prepared in advance so you spend minimal time on-site. The store is open Monday to Saturday from 08:00 to 18:00.
