Description

Goldon aluminium foil, from the V&D brand, is made for everyday food storage, cooking and wrapping. Resistant to both heat and moisture, it wraps fish, meat and cheese without tearing, protects a dish going into the oven, or keeps the leftovers of a family meal fresh. It's also handy for covering a pot of pilau or mataba before putting it away, or for wrapping skewers and samosas destined for a madjliss, a wedding or a birthday party where food is cooked for a crowd. Two sizes are available: the small roll for a kitchen that uses little, and the large roll for big cooking sessions, events and shops that resell it in cut strips. Keep the roll closed in its box, away from moisture, so it unrolls smoothly without creasing or sticking to itself.
